Adam did all his flight training with Basair (Cessnock Campus) where he obtained a Certificate IV in Aviation, Diploma of Aviation and Advanced Diploma of Aviation (Flight Instruction). Soon after graduating, he got his first aviation job with Basair as a Junior Grade 3 Flight Instructor. After instructing for some time he obtained his Instrument Rating and started to do IFR twin instructing and passenger charter. This led to a job as a First Officer on a BAE Jetstream 32 with Aeropelican. He is now a First Officer with Virgin Australia flying the Embraer
