Stephen graduated from Basair with a Certificate IV in Aviation, Diploma of Aviation and Instructor Rating and became an instructor. He was promoted to a Grade 1, and became the Team Leader at the Bankstown Campus, specialising in delivering the Multi-Engine Command Instrument Rating. He then joined QANTASLink as a First Officer and was promoted through to Captain and Type Rating Instructor. He moved to QANTAS mainline, flying the 787, 737 and is now First Officer on the Airbus A330.
