David graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation, Diploma of Aviation, and Instructor Rating. He worked as an instructor at Sydney Aviators before becoming a First Officer with Skyforce Aviation flying the Convair 580 aircraft. He then moved to the UK where he flew as First Officer with Zenith Aviation before returning to Australia where he is now a Captain with ASL Aviation flying the BAe 146.
