Rohan graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation, Diploma of Aviation and an Advanced Diploma of Aviation (Flight Instruction), he worked as an instructor for a couple of years, getting promoted to Grade 2. He then received a job offer from Shoal Air in the Northern Territory, flying multi-engine charter. He commenced with Network Aviation as a First Officer before being promoted to Captain.
