Vaishak graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation and a Diploma of Aviation. Since graduation, he joined Fujairah Aviation academy to complete his Instructor rating and then worked at the same company as a Flight Instructor. He then moved to Emirates’ training centre, the Emirates Training Services where he progressed to be the Chief Flying Instructor and Head of Training. He has since moved to Air Arabia where is is the First Office on the Airbus A320.
