Lee graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation and a Diploma of Aviation and has been working in the industry ever since leaving Basair. He started instructing at Hoxton Park and then up to Cairns where he gained his Grade 1 Instructor Rating. He underwent a float alighting gear endorsement and has been flying floats ever since. He is now working in tourism, flying seaplanes for Air Whitsunday seaplanes. Currently senior pilot/deputy chief pilot/check and training.
