Grady completed the Certificate IV in Aviation at Basair’s Sydney Aviators base. He then moved to the Northern Territory to start work with Katherine Aviation, where he flew an Airvan and then a BE68. He then moved to AirNorth and made Captain in December 2014 before moving to Hong Kong to become a Second Officer with Cathay Pacific. Returning to Australia, he flew for Tiger Air and then a Boeing 717 First Officer with QANTAS. He is now a Captain on the Boeing 737 with Nauru Airlines.
