After Nizam completed his studies at Basair, he returned to Malaysia to convert his licence. He then commenced as a First Officer at Malaysia Airlines flying the Boeing 737-800.

Kshitij graduated with a and a Certificate IV in Aviation and started his aviation careers as a First Officer with Lion Air. He then moved to Air India where he is a Captain on the A320/321.

Jean Ming completed his Commercial Pilot Licence with Basair, before joining Transmile Aviation Services in Malaysia.

Satwinder graduated from Basair and started working as First Officer on the Airbus A320 with Air Asia.

Greg started learning to fly back in mid 2005 and achieved the Advanced Diploma of Aviation (Flight Instruction). He then became a Flight Instructor with Basair, and then left to becom a First Officer for a Regional Airline ‘Aeropelican’, based out of Williamtown. Aeropelican operate a busy RPT service between Newcastle, Sydney, Narrabri and Mudgee in 20-seater turboprop aircraft. After a couple of years at Aeropelican, and being promoted to Captain, he moved on to Virgin Australia, where he flys the B737.

Ramesh graduated from Basair Aviation College with a Certificate IV in Aviation started working for Decan Air. He became Captain and then moved to Ventura AirConnect where he become Chief Pilot. He has since moved to IndiGo where he is now Captain on the Airbus A32/321.

Captain Hafiz completed his Commercial Pilot Licence at Basair, and then joined Air Asia as a First Officer.  He is now a Captain.

Claire's first aviation job after graduating was instructing and charter at Merit Aviation on the NSW South Coast. She then travelled to Alaska to work with Ravn Alaska Airlines, flying the De Havilland Canada DHC 8 across beautiful landscapes. She then moved to Advanced Air Charters to fly a corporate jet before gong to SkyWest where she is now a Captain.

Vamshi graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation and a Diploma of Aviation. He was one of the first two seaplane pilots in India, joining Maritime Energy Heli Air Services. He then moved to Air India to be a First Officer before joining IndiGo on the Airbus A320/321.

Kevin graduated from the Bankstown campus with a Certificate IV in Aviation and a Diploma of Aviation. He returned home to Grenada and started flying with Caribbean Airlines where he has progressed to Captain.

Bree completed her Certificate IV in Aviation, Diploma of Aviation and Advanced Diploma of Aviation (Flight Instruction) at the Cessnock campus. She then worked as a charter pilot, before returning to Basair as an instructor. She became a team leader at only 21 years of age, and was then recruited by SmartAir, flying a Chieftain. She was then recruited as a First Officer at Brindabella, and progressed to Captain. She has sinced move to QANTAS as Captain and Assurance Manager.

After graduating, Mark stayed at Basair to become an Instructor. He then worked at Skippers Aviation for a couple of years, before making Captain and moving to Network Aviation.

Scott graduated with a Commercial Pilot Licence and Command Instrument Rating and Flight Instructor Rating. He then joined Basair as an Instructor before deciding to become a Charter Pilot with Cape Air Transport. He then progressed to Cathay Pacific before returning to Australia as a pilot with Qantas on first the Boeing 737-800 and then the Airbus 321 XLR.

Steve graduated from Basair and commenced working with us.  He progressed to a Grade 1 instructor at Basair Aviation College, before being offered a position with QANTASLink.

Nakul completed his Certificate IV in Aviation and Diploma of Aviation, and got his first aviation job as a First Officer on an Airbus A320 with IndiGo. He has progressed to where he is now the Line Training Captain.

Daniel completed his Commercial Pilot Licence and Multi Engine Command Instrument Rating at the Cessnock campus. He became a First Officer with Alliance Airlines before moving to the States with Atlas Air. He then moved to Emirates Airlines as First Officer on the Boeing 777.

Jevananthan completed his training at Basair Aviation College, and started flying as a First Officer with Batik Air.\

Gaurav completed their training at Basair Aviation College and then got a job with Air Asia as a First Officer in Malaysia. He has since moved to fly with Air India.

Amit completed his Certificate IV in Aviation and Diploma of Aviation and got a job flying a Citation Bravo - flying executives and customers of a private Indian company called IndiaBulls. He then progressed to be Captain on the LR60 with MJets and then Captain on the E190 with LEPL. He is now a Senior Captain with IndiGo.

David completed his Certificate IV in Aviation and a Diploma of Aviation, at the Cessnock campus, and has commenced working with an aerial agriculture operator in Queensland, flying a Cessna 182. He now flys the Fire Boss

Peter completed his CPL, ME CIR and Instructor Rating with Basair, and become a First Officer with Reginal Express (REX.) He then progressed to Virgin Australia, where he is now Captain.

After graduating from Basair with a Certificate IV in Aviation, Diploma of Aviation and Advanced Diploma of Aviation (Instructor Rating), Natasha worked as an instructor at Basair before joining Virgin Australia. She then moved to Etihad Airways.

Richard graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation and now flys a Boeing 777 with Singapore Airlines.

Aaron graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation and a Diploma of Aviation and then worked in Tamworth, doing a combination of freight runs, charter and a little instructing on the side before returning to Sydney as a multi-engine charter pilot with Skypac. He then progressed on to a First Officer of a BAe 146 with Cobham and is now Captain in the rebranded National Jet Express

Andrew completed the Commercial Pilot Licence and Multi Engine Command Instrument Rating, graduating with a Diploma of Aviation. He went straight into QANTAS and has progressed to be a Type Rated Instructor on the A330. He is also a Human Factors Facilitator at QANTAS.

Peter completed his Commercial Pilot Licence and Multi Engine Command Instrument Rating at Basair, graduating with a Diploma of Aviation. He now flys a Turbine Grumman Mallard flying boat for Parspaley Pearling company in Darwin.

Ankit graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation and a Diploma of Aviation. He started his aviation career as a Trainee First Officer for Jet Airways on their B737 fleet before progressing to Spice Jet and then Air India Express where he is now a Line Training Captain.

Karan graduated from Basair with a Certificate IV in Aviation, Diploma of Aviation and Advanced Diploma of Aviation (Flight Instruction) and became an instructor. She was promoted several times, and became the Assistant CFI before getting a job offer with QANTAS in the international division. She now regularly flies the Sydney - Los Angeles route.

After graduating from Basair Aviation College with a Certificate IV in Aviation and a Diploma of Aviation, Nasir returned home and worked as an instructor in the Aerodynamics Aviation Academy. He was then offered a job as a pilot with Air India.

After graduating from Basair, Dilip joined Trans Maldivian airways in Maldives as a First Offcer on the twin otters on the floats. He then worked for Star Aviation in Algeria before moving to Deccan Charters and then SpiceJet. He is now Captain with Saarthi Airways doing geosurvey flight operations.

Benjamin graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation and Diploma of Aviation and then got a job with Alligator Airways. He then progressed to Skippers as a First Officer on a Dash 8, before moving to Network Aviation.

Azlan graduate with a Certificate IV in Aviation. He then commenced his piloting career flying as a First Officer on the Learjet 35A with AeroTree Defence.

After graduating from Basair, Jaikanth started his aviation career as a Corporate Pilot, first flying King Airs for Bellary Iron Ores and then for Kalyan Jewellers before joining the airlines Akasa Air as a First Officer.

Jimi graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation and a Diploma of Aviation. Jimi started as a single-engine charter pilot with SlingAir. He then started flying twin-engine aircraft and moved to GSL Aviation where he was promoted to Base Manager. He is now a Second Officer with Cathay, based in Hong Kong.

Kris completed his Flight Instructor Rating training at Basair, and then became in instructor. He is now a Captain of a Gulfstream G550, based in Hong Kong.

Christine graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation (Commercial Pilot Licence) and became a Captain on the Cessna Caravan 208 for Trans Guyana Airways.

After graduating from Basair, Kenny returned to India to fly with Air Charter Services as a Corporate Pilot. He has progressed, and is now flying the Citation XL.

Justin gained his Grade 1 instructor rating while at Basair, and then worked for various charter companies from Mt ISA to Dubbo, and Bankstown, before gaining employment with Qantas Link. He became a Captain on a Dash 8 and then moved to Virgin to fly jets.

James started as a charter pilot with GAM before moving to REX. He now flys for Virgin Australia.

Paul graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation, before starting with Deccan as a First Officer. He then went to Air India as a First Officer on the Airbus A320 before moving to Vistara. He now flys for Air Arabia.

Dan completed his Commercial Pilot Licence and then his Instructor Rating. After working as an instructor and charter pilot around Australia, including Aboriginal Air Services flying a Cessna Caravan, he commenced with Surveillance Australia flying a Dash 8. He joined Virgin Australia and flew the B737, Embraer 170 and 190 and Airbus A330 before going to Emirates Airlines as a First Officer on the A380. He then returned to Australia to fly with Cobham and then National Jet Systems, which is a subsidiary of QANTAS.

Nikola completed her Commercial Pilot Licence and Multi Engine Command Instrument Rating at Basair, graduating with a Diploma of Aviation. She worked as an Instructor in Melbourne, before joining Barrier Aviation in Queensland. She is now a First Officer with Mount Cook Airlines, a subsidiary of Air New Zealand.

Daniel graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation, Diploma of Aviation and an Advanced Diploma in Aviation (ATPL) before receiving an offer from QANTASLink to start as a First Officer. He progressed to Captain before switching to Emirates, where he is now a Captain on the Boeing 777.

Vaishak graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation and a Diploma of Aviation.  Since graduation, he joined Fujairah Aviation academy to complete his Instructor rating and then worked at the same company as a Flight Instructor. He then moved to Emirates' training centre, the Emirates Training Services where he progressed to be the Chief Flying Instructor and Head of Training. He has since moved to Air Arabia where is is the First Office on the Airbus A320.

Dominic learnt to fly in New Zealand, and then studied his Instructor Rating at Basair. His first job was with Sydney Aviators as an instructor at Bankstown Airport. He then moved to WA to fly with Aviair, and then progressed to his first airline role with Jetstar. He become a First Officer and then Captain at JetConnect before moving to QANTAS.

Clifford graduated from Basair Aviation College and then commenced flying with Air Asia.

After Snehal graduated from Basair Aviation College, she commenced with IndiGo where she progressed from First Officer to Captain. She then left for Etihad where she flys the Airbus 320/321

James completed his Advance Diploma of Aviation (Flight Instructor) at Basair, and after working at Basair became a Charter Pilot with GAM. He then progressed to Cathay Pacific as a First Officer.

Dennis graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation (Commercial Pilot Licence) and a Diploma of Aviation  and then worked as a flight instructor in Malaysia for a couple of years.  He then became a First Officer with Air Asia and is now a Captain.

Lorenzo completed his Certificate IV in Aviation and Diploma of Aviation, before going to the USA to become an instructor at Pan Am Training.

Marco graduated with a Diploma of Aviation, and is now working in the US with American Eagle.

After graduating with a CPL, Scott enrolled in Basair's Flight Instructor Rating and then worked as an Instructor for two years. He then returned to Malaysia where he flew with Air Asia on the A320. He is now a Senior First Officer on the A380 with Emirates.

Bart completed all of his training at the Cessnock campus, and commenced working at Basair Aviation College as an Instructor. He was promoted to Assistant Chief Flying Instructor before going to QANTASLink as a First Officer. He moved to Virgin as a First Officer and stayed there while he progressed up to Training Captain on the Boeing 737.

Aishwarya graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation and a Diploma of Aviation before getting her first pilot role as a First Officer with Jet Airways. She then progressed to SpiceJet where she became a Captain and then a Senior Captain with Akasa Air.

Peter graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation, Diploma of Aviation, and Advanced Diploma of Aviation (Flight Instruction). He has since completed his ATPLs and has moved to Hong Kong to fly with Cathay Pacific.

Nipun graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation and a Diploma of Aviation and has been working for Air India for on the widebody A330.

Fairz completed their flight training at Basair Aviation College and commenced their piloting career as a First Officer with Air Asia.

Razif graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation (Commercial Pilot Licence) and then returned to Malaysia to convert his licence.  He worked as an instructor for a while, before starting at Air Asia as a First Officer.  He has since been promoted to Captain.

“Flying in Australia is great for developing your piloting skills. You can experience maximum crosswinds, and fly in different weather and seasons. All of this has made me a much better
pilot. Basair was a great place to study, and it has a lot of aircraft. This meant that I could book the aircraft whenever I wanted to fly. I finished my command hours in a short period of time, so I graduated quickly. Students progress at Basair a lot faster than they progress at Malaysian flying schools.”

Thor completed his Commercial Pilot License, Multi Engine Command Instrument Rating and Flight Instructor Rating at the Cessnock campus. He then worked as an instructor in WA before becoming a Chart Pilot and then Chief Pilot of Broome Air Services. The joined REX as a First Officer and was promoted to Captain, before moving to a bigger jet as a First Officer with Jetstar.

After Alex completed his training with Basair Aviation College, he started as a Flight Instructor with Basair. He then progressed to a charter pilot, flying for Chartair before moving to QANTASLink where he became a Q400 Captain. He then became a B737 First Officer with Virgin and then a Boeing 787 Second Officer and Airbus A380 Second Officer with QANTAS.

Kanak graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation and a Diploma of Aviation, and he received a job offer from IndiGo within a month of converting his licence. He was with IndiGo for 3 years, when at the age of 23 he was promoted to Captain. Kanak then worked at Vistara before moving to Etihad where his is Captain and Assistant Chief Pilot.

Paul completed a Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL), and Multi-Engine Command Instrument Rating (ME CIR) from the Cessnock campus. He is now a First Officer with QANTASLink.

Gaurav graduated from the Bankstown campus with a Certificate IV in Aviation and a Diploma of Aviation, and started as a First Officer with SpiceJet. He then moved to Jet Airways and became Captain on the Boeing 737-800.

Sivaraja graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation and a Diploma of Aviation and has now joined Air Asia in Malaysia as a First Officer on the A320.

After Edmund gradauted from Basair, he returned to Malaysia to convert his licence and commenced his flying career with Firefly Airlines on the ATR 72-600.

Stephen graduated from Basair with a Certificate IV in Aviation, Diploma of Aviation and Instructor Rating and became an instructor. He was promoted to a Grade 1, and became the Team Leader at the Bankstown Campus, specialising in delivering the Multi-Engine Command Instrument Rating. He then joined QANTASLink as a First Officer and was promoted through to Captain and Type Rating Instructor. He moved to QANTAS mainline, flying the 787, 737 and is now First Officer on the Airbus A330.

Mahesh graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation and Diploma of Aviation and got his first job as a First Officer for IndiGo. He then was offered a FO role at Emirates, before returning to India with Go First and then back to Emirates as a Captain.

Zuber graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation and a Diploma of Aviation before getting a job with Capital Airlines Kenya flying the King Air. He then became a First Officer on Air Uganda flying the CRJ 200 before moving to RwandaAir flying the CRJ 900 where he progressed to Captain and Flight Safety Officer. He has since moved to Ryanair where he is Captain on the Boeing 737 NG/MAX.

Scott completed his CPL and ME CIR at Basair before returning to Malaysia to convert his licence. He commenced as a First Officer on the Airbus A320 with Air Asia, and over the years has progressed and is now a Captain.

Justin graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation, Diploma of Aviation, and Advanced Diploma of Aviation (Flight Instruction). He worked for a while at Basair Aviation College, being promoted to the role of Assistant Chief Flying Instructor before accepting a job offer from QANTAS.

James graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation, Diploma of Aviation, and then the Flight Instructor Rating. He joined Basair Aviation College as in instructor on graduation, and then did charter work with Australia by Air. He has since moved to Hong Kong to fly with Cathay Pacific.

Sagar graduated from Basair with a Certificate IV in Aviation, Diploma of Aviation and Advanced Diploma of Aviation (Instructor Rating). He worked as an instructor at the Cessnock campus, before getting a job with IndiGo Airlines. He has subsequently become a Captain at IndiGo.

Vidit's first job after studying at Basair was with a Britten-Norman Islander. He then started flying a Jetstream 32 for Proflight Zambia, as a First Officer and has since been promoted to Captain and then Deputy Chief Pilot. He was also the company's He then moved to flydubai, where he was First Officer on the Boeing 737 before returning to Australia to become Captain with Alliance Airlines on the Embraer 190.

Elizabeth completed her Commercial Pilot Licence and Multi Engine Command Instrument Rating, graduating with a Diploma of Aviation. She started as a First Officer at Ryan Air, and progressed to become Captain on the Boeing 737. She then worked for Helvetic Airways before moving to SunExpress Airlines where she is a Check and Training Captain on the B737.

Taleah graduated with a Commercial Pilot Licence, Multi Engine Command Instrument Rating and Flight Instructor Rating. She initially worked for Hunter Valley Aviation (a subsidiary of Basair Aviation College) before moving to Airspeed Aviation and then Qantas. She now flys the A380.

Varun completed his Certificate IV in Aviation at the Cessnock campus. He is now a First Officer with Jet Airways.

Christopher graduated from Basair Aviation College and commenced his piloting career with Air Asia. He has progressed and is now a Captain with the airline.

Ahmed completed his Certificate IV in Aviation and a Diploma of Aviation, at the Bankstown campus, and has commenced working at Egypt Air as a Second Officer on a B737-800.

Nitin completed his Certificate IV in Aviation and a Diploma of Aviation, at the Bankstown campus, and has commenced working at SpiceJet as a First Officer. He then moved to IndiGo where he became Senior First Officer, and is now Captain at InterGlobe Air Transport Limited (IGAT.)

Kush graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation and a Diploma of Aviation and joined Jet Airways as a First Officer on a Boeing 777. He also became a Crew Resource Management (CRM) Instructor in the airline and progressed to Captain and then Deputy Chief Pilot of the Boeing 737 and Boeing 777 fleet.

Martin graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation, Diploma of Aviation, and then the Flight Instructor Rating. He joined Sydney Aviators as in instructor on graduation. He then went to the United States to fly with SkyWest Airlines. He returned home to fly with TigerAir, part of the Virgin Group and when they folded returned to the US to fly with Delta, based out of Denver Colorado.

Biraj graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation and a Diploma of Aviation. His first aviation job was flying with Tara Airlines and he has since moved to Shree Airlines, where he is Captain.

Kah graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation and originally joined Air Asia in Malaysia in an Airbus A320. Since then, he has moved to Hong Kong Airlines and is now a Captain on the Airbus A330.

Brendan graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation, Diploma of Aviation and an Advanced Diploma in Aviation (Flight Instruction) and was recruited to be an instructor at Basair Aviation College. He was promoted to a Grade 2 instructor before being offered a job with QANTAS. After some time with QANTAS, Brendan took the opportunity to fly with Emirates.

Xavier completed his Certificate IV in Aviation, Diploma of Aviation and Advanced Diploma of Aviation (Flight Instruction) at the Bankstown campus. He was recruited as an instructor, and progressed rapidly to a Grade 1 instructor and Team Leader at Basair. He then joined NavAir, Australia's leading private jet network.

Matt completed his Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL), and Instructor Rating, in Cessnock. He is now a Captain with REX.

Joe graduated in July 2007 with a Certificate IV in Aviation and a Diploma of Aviation, and started flying for Jet Airways as a First Officer. His career has progressed, and he is now a Senior Captain on the Boeing 737 with IndiGo.

Javier graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation, Diploma of Aviation and an Advanced Diploma of Aviation (Instructor Rating) from the Bankstown campus. He worked as an instructor in Bansktown and then became a Charter Pilot with Australia By Air. He is now a First Officer with REX.

Michael graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation, Diploma of Aviation, and Advanced Diploma of Aviation (Flight Instruction). He now works for Cathay Pacific as a Second Officer on a Boeing 747.

Tim graduated with a Commercial Pilot Licence and Multi Engine Command Instrument Rating, and is now a Second Officer with QANTAS.

After Ronak graduated from Basair, he returned to India to convert his licence. He then started with IndiGo as a First Officer on the Airbus A320.

Arjun completed his Certificate IV in Aviation, Diploma of Aviation and Advanced Diploma of Aviation (Flight Instruction) at the Cessnock campus. He then worked as an instructor at Basair before moving to Barrier Aviation as a Charter Pilot flying the Britten-Norman BN-2 Islander. He continued to fly the BN-2 with West Wing aviation before going to Skippers where he became Captain on the DHC-8 Q300/100 fleet. He has now moved to Cathay Pacific where he flys the 777.

Simon graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation and a Diploma of Aviation before doing the Instructor Rating course. He then worked for a short time as an instructor before getting a job flying twin-engine charter with Barrier Aviation in Horn Island. He then since moved on to become a First Officer with Air Link, before going to fly King Airs with Pearl Aviation Australia.

After graduating, Mark worked as an instructor with Basair Aviation College, before being a pilot and then General Manager of Australia by Air, flying a Cheiftain. He then went to Regional Express (REX) and then Alliance, where he become Captain and Human Factors & Non Technical Skills Co-ordinator. He then moved to Hong Kong to fly the G550 with MetroJet and became their Manager of Standards. He returned to Australia to become the General Manager of Flight Operations at Alliance Airlines.

Abhinay completed his Certificate IV and Diploma in Aviation from Basair and then joined Vistara as a First Officer on the A320F fleet. Post merger with Air India, he got command on the B737.

Young graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation from the Bankstown campus, and commenced work with Merpati Airlines in Indonesia. He then moved to VietJet where he flys the A320/321.

Mitch completed his Commercial Pilot Licence and Multi Engine Command Instrument Rating at the Cessnock campus. He joined Virgin as a Cruising Officer on the 777, and then switched to the 737 as a First Officer. He has since moved to QANTAS as a First Officer.

Vikram graduated with a Certificate IV in Aviation and a Diploma of Aviation, got his first aviation job with IndiGo. He became Captain before moving to Vistara.

Shane graduated with a Diploma of Aviation (Flight Instructor) and commenced work with Bruce Hartwig Flying School. He then instructed at Flight Training Adelaide before joining Aviair, where he flys the PC-12.
