A few weeks ago, our Basair Archerfield instructors and students joined the Australian Airports Association FOD Walk at Archerfield Airport as part of Australian Airport Safety Week! 🛫

FOD (Foreign Object Debris) poses serious risks to aircraft and aviation safety—it’s anything that doesn’t belong in the aviation environment and can cause damage or accidents, like the tragic Concorde crash in 2000.

By teaming up with airport staff and users, we’re proud to help keep the runways clear and ensure safety for all. 💪✈️ Aviation is a community effort, and together we make it safer! #AimHigh
